Positive, I had an amazing time at this place! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had—lots of options and super fresh. The staff were awesome and really helped me figure out the best spots to visit. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed felt great! I definitely recommend it. 😊

The noise levels are a real downside!!! Thin walls made conversations from neighboring rooms eavesdroppable. Also, the small room size left little room to maneuver comfortably. Parking options are limited, which could create issues for car travelers!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Petit Palace Cliper-Gran Vía. The location made it easy to explore Madrid's vibrant streets, and I woke up to an impressive breakfast spread each morning, including fresh pastries and diverse options. The staff consistently provided helpful recommendations and were exceptionally friendly, adding a personal touch to my experience.

However, my nights were less restful than I had hoped. I encountered significant noise from the adjacent rooms, making it challenging to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the safe in my room was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience but didn’t overshadow the overall enjoyment of my stay.

We enjoyed the fantastic location, just steps from Gran Vía, which made exploring the city super easy. Plus, the hotel allowed us to bring our three dogs along, making it a family-friendly experience. One highlight was the complimentary bike rental at reception for exploring nearby attractions.

I had a fantastic stay just steps from Gran Via, which made it super easy to explore all the top attractions in Madrid. One thing I think they could improve on is the noise insulation. the walls were a bit thin, making it hard to ignore sounds from neighboring rooms.
